For over a decade we have curated exceptional experiences for our clients across the globe.
We have recently spent time thinking of the formula that we apply to every trip. Whilst trends in travel come and go with the seasons, our dedicated team comes back to these key principles year on year.
The Impossible Properties and Impeccable Service
We specialise in what we call 'the impossible properties', a selection of private homes and estates that are not officially on the rental market, and often never have been. These are the world's most exclusive private rentals, available only through the right connections.
Clients come to us to indulge in a trip beyond anything they have experienced before, one that will be a talking point for years to come. Travel is no longer as simple as booking a property. Standards have changed. The property is just the starting point; from there, with our obsession to detail, we build the trip from the ground up. From the temperature of the water by their bed to the level of spice in their margarita, each client has a highly detailed profile. We anticipate their preferences before they even make a request. It is this level of bespoke and initiative service that has built lasting relationships with our clients.

Rare Moments
Luxury travel is no longer only defined by big hotel brands. We weave elements of exclusivity into every moment of travel. It could be the snow-draped peaks of Kyrgyzstan's Tien Shan mountains, one of the world’s last surviving wilderness’, the glaciers of Svalbard viewed from the deck of a private explorer yacht, or simply a private Après Ski on a remote plateau. These are the rare ultra-luxe travel experiences that our clients seek and we strive to fulfill.
Celebrating Life's Milestones Through Travel
Combining extraordinary trips with life's biggest celebrations is the perfect way to bring everyone together and create memories that last forever. We love curating milestone events at exceptional destinations that serve as an unforgettable backdrop.
For a multi-generational family trip tied to a celebration, the destination must be able to please all ages. We love properties that prioritise fun in these instances. Chalets such as Marmottière in Verbier, or private villas such as Cape Stout on Moskito Island in the British Virgin Islands do this so well.

Travelling with Purpose
Our clients are curious to know how they can give back during their trip. Whether by engaging with local communities or choosing properties that place sustainability at the centre of their ethos.
Properties such as Islas Secas in Panama and Kisawa in Mozambique have sustainability at the forefront of their guest experience, and our clients genuinely embrace it. These eco-luxury resorts demonstrate that exceptional service and environmental responsibility can go hand in hand.
At ALS Private we’re currently building a directory to celebrate the sustainable practices of our partners and support our clients wishes to incorporate this into itineraries seamlessly.

When to Reset and When to Relax
September is the time to reset. January is the time to relax.
Once the children have returned to school and summer is winding down, we find September is the perfect moment to retreat and reset. We love escaping to the mountains at this time of year; properties such as Forestis in the Dolomites encapsulate that feeling of grounding ahead of the winter months.
For January, a change of scenery is our definition of wintering. Our clients either escape to the white sands of the Caribbean or the white peaks of the Alps. The winter months can be relentless, so a shift in environment provides the energy to carry through to spring.
Wherever you are curious to discover this year - a mountain retreat, a rare adventure, or a celebration that brings generations together, we make it happen.
