Alongside what originally began with organising private getaways, primarily ski-focused, our role has also naturally expanded into curating exceptional off-site experiences for companies across a wide range of industries. This is a transition we've welcomed with enthusiasm and we love helping groups get away from the boardroom to do something a bit different with their team.

In the past few years, we've delivered corporate group events in destinations including Crans-Montana, Val d’Isère, Verbier, St. Anton, the highlands of Scotland, Japan, Méribel, Florence, and London.
Looking ahead, we’re currently planning an upcoming retreat in Singapore this November. Meanwhile, Emma-Jane Anderson, who leads our corporate bookings, was on the ground in St. Moritz last week, scouting venues for a group heading there early next year.
Below are three of our favourite and most suitable properties for corporate ski retreats, each chosen for its exceptional setting, service, and the unique experience it offers our clients.
We coordinated group ski retreats at each of the properties listed below last winter, each of which were exceptionally well received.
Crans Ambassador 5*, Crans-Montana
Sitting high above the Rhône Valley, Crans Ambassador is a sleek yet soulful five-star retreat with panoramic views and a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. With 57 rooms and suites, most with wide terraces overlooking the Alps, it feels personal, private, and perfectly placed. The 1,300 m² spa is a real highlight - with an indoor pool, hammam, sauna and full gym, ideal for unwinding post-ski or pre-dinner.
Dining is both elevated and inviting: La Muña serves up Japanese-Peruvian fusion in a buzzy, low-lit space, while Le Carnotzet focuses on hearty Swiss favourites. The terrace lounge is ideal for relaxed drinks with a view. Just 200m from the Signal lift, the hotel gives easy access to over 140km of pistes in winter, and to championship golf in summer.
Why We Love It
We sent two corporate groups here last winter with excellent results. It’s an easy train journey from Geneva airport, and the hotel handles logistics beautifully. There are well-equipped conference spaces, smooth group dining options, and an outstanding ski room. Clients’ skis are laid out each morning, instructors meet them on-site, and the gondola is just a short walk away. Crans-Montana also delivers when it comes to mountain restaurants, and the Ambassador team are professional, flexible and genuinely welcoming. A polished Alpine base for work, play, and everything in between.
Experimental Chalet Val d’Isere
Set right in the centre of Val d’Isère, just steps from the lifts and the village buzz, Experimental Chalet is a stylish four-star hotel stay with plenty of personality. Opened in December 2024 by the team behind Experimental Group, it offers 113 rooms, suites and lofts - perfect for groups looking for a smart, well-located base in the mountains.
The design by Dorothée Meilichzon brings together warm alpine woods, soft stone, earthy colours and playful nods to the surrounding forest - it’s cosy but chic, and full of local character. Expect excellent food too: there’s a lively brasserie, a more intimate alpine-style restaurant, and a signature cocktail bar made for après-ski. A spa with a pool, hammam and sauna rounds it all out.

You have one of the best ski areas in Europe on your doorstep, with brilliant après-ski and a wide choice of team activities - from biathlon challenges to snowshoeing or simply skiing as a group. Whether your team wants to push boundaries or just unwind, Val d’Isère delivers - and Experimental makes it feel easy and memorable.
Chalet 47, St Anton
Chalet 47 is a stylish and spacious luxury chalet in the quiet Nasserein area of St Anton, just a short stroll from the Nasserein Gondola. It’s perfectly set up for private groups of 20-24 guests, with 12 en-suite bedrooms and a warm, contemporary design that blends alpine charm with modern comfort. The chalet features high vaulted ceilings, a welcoming open-plan bar and lounge, and a cosy traditional dining room ideal for relaxed evenings. For downtime, there’s a full wellness area including an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub and treatment rooms.
