Breakfast will set you up for a day on the slopes, with a wholesome buffet and à la carte options, including Eggs Benedict and fluffy pancakes. Children are treated to a specially selected children’s menu and a warm, comforting cocoa swirled with Swiss chocolate buttons. Our laid-back Bar and Lounge is the perfect spot to relax after a long day filled with alpine activities or to enjoy a casual lunch or dinner. Our fine dining restaurant, is a destination in its own right. Fresh, inventive dishes showcase the finest local Swiss ingredients emphasising our Farm to Table philosophy. We also have a private wine cellar that's available as a private dining - our wine cellar includes exciting vintages from established and up-and-coming wineries worldwide. But the main focus is on local wines from the Valais, Switzerland’s foremost wine-growing region.
