The opening of the restaurant ‘Das Gerbers – Fine Asian Cuisine’ marks the birth of a new culinary star at 2,020 metres up. As the name suggests, Das Gerbers will be presenting the finest Asian cuisine for a period of two years from its opening in winter 2017. This fulfils a wish that many guests have expressed to us in recent months. At the end of the two-year period, they will adopt a new culinary focus.
