British Freerider Bella has been skiing from the age of 4 and has spent over 10 years working in the Alps as an off-piste ski instructor, predominantly in Verbier coaching for Powder Extreme, alongside looking after her own clients. Fully certified in the French, Swiss and British systems, Bella is one of the world’s youngest female ski instructors and few British Instructors to be fully certified in all 3 systems with experience coaching in multiple destinations across the Alps. She is now based in the UK, however still skis a lot and launched ALS in 2013.

Having grown up on skis, Clemmie has worked as a Ski instructor for Ecole Suisse de Ski Villars for the last 5 years, teaching in both English and French she has gained a great understanding of how an international sporting body works and gained invaluable skills on the slopes. She spends most winters in her beautiful Chalet in Villars although loves exploring new resorts, New Zealand and Argentina are next on the list.
Director of North American Relationships and Experiences
For the past 15 years Brooke has specialised in client focussed event production and marketing. She is renowned for her seamless execution of exceptional events and has looked after a number of VIP clients whilst working on Superyachts, planning and managing the events on board and off the vessel. Alongside this, she has planned, managed and executed events at the London Olympics, Monaco Grand Prix, Cannes Film Festival, Miami Ultra Music Festival and Art Basel to name a few. Based in the USA, Brooke looks after North America for ALS Private and her knowledge and experience is a great addition to the team.

The Challenger Trust
- supporting schools to help young people fulfil their true potential. They have been working with some of the most socio and economically deprived areas of the UK for nearly 20 years and help young people to raise their aspirations, develop vital character attributes and learn lifelong skills that will improve their academic achievement and future employment opportunities, whilst meeting Ofsted criteria.
Skiing with Heroes provides skihabilitation, jobs and mentoring programmes for wounded veterans. They take them for a week’s adaptive skiing every year to help build their physical and emotional strength before helping these veterans gain employment.
